While there are appealing "12-week programs, 1-month challenges, 90-day transformations", the real question is, what comes after completing them? Do you simply move on to another 12-week program? When I work with clients, I prefer to start from the basics. Rather than just giving you a meal plan, I focus on educating you on how to create your own.
