In addition, our coach will also provide you with a customized meal plan that aligns with your fitness goals and dietary preferences. This meal plan will take into account your nutritional needs and help support your fitness journey. In terms of health and fitness, my philosophy prioritizes sustainability above everything else. While there are appealing "12-week programs, 1-month challenges, 90-day transformations", the real question is, what comes after completing them? Do you simply move on to another 12-week program? When I work with clients, I prefer to start from the basics. Rather than just giving you a meal plan, I focus on educating you on how to create your own.
